Regular dirty nappies

Any tips on how to help my breastfed baby poop more regularly? I know it’s quite normal for them to go days, however my little one is quite grizzly with it and much better when she has been.

I gave my son foot rubs when he wouldn’t go for a while! I’d sit him up against my knees so he was in a supported sitting position with his feet at my chest and with decent pressure massage the middle of his foot in a clockwise motion for at least 5 mins! There’s a pressure point in the foot and it worked everytime for him!

Apparently if you drink orange juice it helps! It sounds mad but worked for us!

Breastmilk is actually so nutritious the body doesn’t need to waste as much as it does with other milk/foods. Which is why breastfed babies can go up to a week without poop.

Tummy massages, pedalling legs and baths!

Thank you all! I’m going to give all of them a go and hope for the best 🤞🏻
