How much milk does baby drink?

My baby is 5 months now, I exclusively pump and she roughly still has 120mls per feed - I’m not sure this is normal ? She’s been having the same amount of milk since she was a newborn. Growing well and is on her growth curve so no issues there. Also she doesn’t drink a full 120ml feed awake, she always takes like 40-50mls, but if she’s sleeping she stirs and wants to take a whole bottle in one go. I don’t know what’s going on or how do fix this - or if it even needs to be fixed ?

Breast milk is not like formula it’s unlikely that they should need over 5ozs so I wouldn’t worry if taking just over 4 and following centiles x

“Most breastfed babies take about 60-120ml (2-4oz) of breastmilk per feed, from 1-6 months of life. The composition of breastmilk changes as the baby grows, but not the quantity. This is different from artificial milk, which the manufacturers suggest needs to be given in increasing volume, in line with the baby’s weight as he grows” Source: https://laleche.org.uk/bottles-and-other-tools/

my baby only takes 4oz at a time x

Thank you for so much this is all very reassuring 🤍
