I had this last week and I called triage as it was so uncomfortable, they said nothing of concern as long as no bleeding/pain wasn't constant and movements all ok. Mine felt like baby had tugged on the umbilical cord too hard which I know they use the umbilical cord as a way to develop their motor skills so could have been the case. It resolved itself after a few days and I was just really careful with how I get up when I sit/lay down I bed in case it was me that had pulled something
@Hannah yeh I’m wondering if overnight I’ve got up or rolled over too quickly and just made the muscle sore maybe!
@Beth yeah I think sudden sharp movements can cause round ligament pain which it could be. I'm trying to remember to get up sideways from bed rather than doing more of a crunch type motion
I've had this 3 times and have it right now! Freaked me out the first time but it's happened when my bump gets noticeably bigger so wonder if it's stretching some tissue or something?
@AM123 this is what I’m wondering- there’s definitely been a growth spurt this week!!
I had this and Referred to UCL hospital they Said it’s wasn’t Something to worry about. Despite that it just doesn’t feel right.
I had this and it eased after a little while. I'm not sure what it was at all but never became a concern just some weird symptom which pregnancy seems to have alot of 😂
@Kirsty doesn’t it just 😂
I’m experiencing this too and feels quite tender. Expecting twins though, so not sure show much bigger the bump can stretch 😬🥴
I had this once a few weeks ago but from student midwife pressing very hard with the doppler x
