NEED HELP - Babysitting advice

I recently just got asked to babysit a newborn baby, gonna be a couple weeks old when/ if I start! What would you charge per hour, it’s gonna be either 9am-3pm or 10am-3pm 5 days of the week!

What's your experience? If we assume none other then you're own children then probably $15. Especially if you will also have your own children around too Also could change if you're going to their house rather then them coming to you

We are in a nanny share and she brings her baby and watches my son and niece and she gets paid 15 for each kid.

@Samantha I prefer to babysit in my own home where my toddler is most comfortable! I have babysat before but the kids were a little older than my daughter so I only charged, $10 per hour! My 2 year old daughter will be home with me while I babysit also

I think my cousin’s kid gets paid $20/hour. But they live in a fancy neighborhood, so maybe that’s why.

Depends where you live but I charge $25 and hour since I have experience. You can also just give a flat rate for the week

We pay our nanny $23, but it’s in our home we don’t allow any other babies, she has over 10 years of experience and is cpr certified.

$15-25 depending on your experience and where you are in the country (the more affluent the neighborhood, the more I’d charge 🤷🏻‍♀️)
