How to use frozen breast milk
If I wanted to take it out or away with me even (trip 2 hours away) how do I do it?! Only ever use fresh milk in fridge 4 days

Keep it frozen with ice packs in a cooler. Fill a bowl with hot water and place bagged milk in there. Wait until it's fully liquid and warm. Serve. 👍
I grab a ziploc bag and fill it with ice and put the breastmilk in the bag and I put the bag in a anothe bag like in a lunch bag
@Blanca and for how long can they be out like that with frozen pack?
