Doona would be perfect. Has the wheels attached and can travel on the plane with it. Very easy and convenient!
I love my bugaboo butterfly and maxi Cosi mico plus car seat. Both airplane approved. The stroller folds super easy (one hand only needed), it's lightweight and fits the overhead compartment and I strapped the car seat to the seat next to me when had our first trip. She was 3 months old.
I was between Doona and Shyft dual ride , I went with shyft dual ride! I am obsessed !!!
I had the doona he grew past it then got the bugaboo butterfly (also fits in the overhead )
I have 3 kids and have always loved the Graco travel system. I believe thr last one I bought was called pramette travel stroller. It was about $350 and their luxury stroller. Lightweight and folds nicely, yett sturdy.

Unfortunately I don’t have a recommendation for one TO buy, but rather one to stay away from. I was gifted the Evenflo Shyft Dualride, thinking it would be SUPER convenient, being as it’s a 2 in 1 car seat that converts to a stroller - personally I had WAYYYY too much trouble trying to get the wheels to go back up into the car seat and could never handle it by myself. I returned it and ended up getting a normal travel system with the car seat and stroller separate. I got the Joie one from target, and I think it’s much easier to work with.
