Same! My hips are so stiff and feel like they are cracking every time I wake up in the middle of the night to pee. Pelvic exercises before going to bed definitely help me.

Girl I’ve been feeling this but it’s been painful.. like it feels like my bones are grinding
I felt this my last pregnancy. It was horrible. So far I’ve had some pelvic pain but not the feeling of my bones grinding. This is my third baby, and I spend more time relaxing. Pillows between my legs help, and stretching also helps.
My husband laughs at me! 😂 every time, we start to have sex and get in position, we hear cracking and popping 😭😭
It feels…. Good 😭❤️ i love it. It’s because our body is expanding and our pelvis especially has a new weight to carry.
