Has anyone tried lactation cookies?

Do they work? Please can you suggest a brand that worked for you? Thanks, Mamas 🫶🏻

It’s a bit of a marketing scam in my opinion. Milk removal = more production. I breastfed for over 2 years. No food or drink I ever tried that claimed to increase supply actually worked. But removing milk, feeding bub as often as needed & skin to skin helped. Honestly for your diet, you just need to drink plenty of water and have enough calories and meals ☺️ don’t need to spend a fortune on foods marketed to ‘boost supply’

@Nicole thank for your response! 😇 Getting advice from experienced moms is the best 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I used Milky Mama brownies and loved them. My supply took a little dip when I went back to work but the brownies helped me maintain my supply (not necessarily increase it but kept it from declining any more). I also didn't spend a fortune to invest in them regularly and focused more on hydration. I can't definitively say it actually made a difference but even convincing myself that it worked at the time helped me have a positive attitude and that alone can work wonders

I just ate a f- load of pasta tbh 😂 helped me keep my supply up. I constantly had a wet shirt

I tried them. They were delicious, but no improvement
