Period but pregnant?!

So I started my period at 10dpo and have 2 days of regular period bleeding and cramping. This has now weirdly stopped at what would be 12dpo (or cycle day 2). I really thought I was pregnant this month, but then period arrived and I thought nothing else of it. But this never ever happens, my periods are usually 5 full days. Has anyone ever had this? Like full on period amount implantation bleeding for 2 days?

I had an implantation bleeding for about 4 days, and they were right on the dot at the day when my period is supposed to start. Definitely felt like regular period time. 2 weeks later found out that I am pregnant.

Thanks for replying. Did you have cramps at all like a period and was it normal flow or lighter?

Cramps felt the usual. Flow was a bit less than usual, but within a norm.

Do you have a test? I would just do one for your answer 👍👍
