How old is your baby? Are you exclusively pumping?

@Ryann 1 month & I pump every 2-3 sometimes I may go a little longer I got two other kids and sometimes I can’t pump right when needed but I do latch him as well especially thru the night I don’t pump thru the night I just latch him

Try power pumping, for me it helped a lot

Have you checked your duckbills/membranes on your pump? Sometimes when they get worn out it will decrease your pump. I think duckbills or membranes (depending on pump type) need to be changed every 3-4weeks.

@Shay I was just about to say this! I had this same issue and realized it had been a bit since I changed mine! I changed them and it went right back up

Definitely check your pump parts and make sure you’re replacing them when recommended. They can get wore out and decrease your output due to not enough suction.

Check your flange size. Your nipples can change over time with continued BF/pumping

Glad I read this didn’t know we had to replace parts so often but it makes sense
