Slower heart rate
Had my 28 week midwife appointment and was sent to the main hospital as babies heart rate was slow. They monitored me on the ctg which they weren’t happy with the results for, so then put me on again and it was fine. The heart beat was mostly level but would drop suddenly and then go high suddenly before levelling out. Has anyone had this??
They are sending me for a scan tomorrow!

@Emma have you been feeling slightly unwell at all and was your heart rate ok? Mine was slightly raised too and I was coming on with a bit of a cold. They said so much goes round this time of year so that can be why xx
@Skye I was sick this morning, I think I overheated (it’s happened a few times) - they said it could potentially be to do with that but weren’t 100%. Movements are still fine which is something xx

Hm mine was the opposite and babies heart rate was really high and they couldn’t take me off monitoring before average was below 160. After a few hours it averaged 159 but They kept me in overnight to monitor babies heart rate till they were happy it was consistent x it would be above 170 then just drop and go back up and i think that’s the only reason it passed on the ctg at 159 x
