Chicken

I mainly put it in a soup so it gets boiled x

We give it to baby in a sauce such as curry etc so that it’s more tender, we find chicken without sauce is quite tough x

following, my baby tends to chew but isn't able to eat it

Either chicken drumstick or chicken thigh (on the bone) chicken breast with gravy, chicken pie, chicken nuggets, chicken dippers. Never really thought about it. Just gave it😂🤷🏼‍♀️

I usually air fry mine as I find you can shred it easier... though tbf I cook as much as possible with my air fryer 😍🤣 x

In the oven or pan just like I would mine. She eats what we have x
