Winter
I know babies aren’t suppose to travel in the car seat in winter clothing. But do u take them to the car in it and then take them out the car seat to remove the winter clothing ? I’m trying to figure out how to take baby from house to car without him being cold but also want to make it easy for us.

I cover him with a receiving blanket and a thick fleece blanket
I leave the baby in the car seat and just tuck blankets around her.. I use a light blanket and then a thick fleece one

I’m using a blanket so it’s easy to just unwrap and even can cover his legs and feet after buckling. Currently we use the car seat to go in and out a lot but if I’m just taking him and not messing with the seat to go into someplace, I use the blanket.
