If your baby can latch, make your baby nurse on that side and hand express the right side. So the right side doesn’t get engorged or very full. Because the baby is better at draning the clog. If not just pump the left side a lot. Because I had a clogged duct and my baby cleared it better than the pump.
My lactation consultant said don’t over nurse though on that side as it can become worse. Ibuprofen was my best friend
Sounds like you might have a clogged duct. Ibuprofen and ice packs and nurse or pump as normal. Keep that up and it should resolve it in a day or so, but I would reach out to your Ob if its still bad in 24 hrs or so. You don’t want it to escalate to mastitis. Hope this helps. Good luck mama!
