Yea it does, but once you put it on your body and secure baby in, you put your arm through so it goes over your shoulder like a swing. There is a how to wear video on the site, it keeps baby close and snug and you can be hands free

@Amalia I really like the idea. All the reviews say it’s good & it’s similar to the wrap in currently using without all the chaos of tying it all up lol

@Mel yea I was not keen on trying to master the wrap lol I was gifted a baby bjorn so my husband could also carry the baby, and even that is a hassle to put on and he’s still way to small for it. This has been great so far, especially for those time where baby does not wanna be put down

i love my momcozy carrier cause you can adjust it as baby grows! but i recently saw someone who was using an infantino carrier and it looked so comfortable and lightweight! i bought some wraps to use, but i personally suck at using them so i like the momcozy & infantino since they have buckles to clip in

I switch between the infantino carrier and the keababies wrap. He is comfortable in either and falls asleep in both.
