My baby is CMPA along with other allergies. I’ve been back at work since he was 6 months, our routine is loosely: Wake up feed 6-7am (ish) Drop off 8am nursery He has water at nursery with 3 meals and 2 snacks Pick up 4pm nursery and feed straight away Pre bed feed 6.30pm feed midnight ish Feed 3-4am ish So he’s still having at least 5 feeds a day, I used to go in at lunch when he first started to feed him when he wasn’t on as much solids but he’s just moved the milk feeds to when I’m around. When I’m around (my days off/weekend I still feed at lunch and on demand but it tends to be the 4pm feed that moves earlier and he drops the afternoon snack).
Have you put a flexible working form in? And on what grounds have they declined it? Maybe speak to HR as well x
Yes, they are saying emails won't be picked up in the afternoons and could cause us to loose buisiness. It turns out they aren't keeping my replacement on so there aren't as many of us.
My LO have water, fruit purée,solids, wafers when I am at work and he’s on the boobs from as soon as I get back and as much as he wants till the next morning….. leave for work at 8am and return back at 5:45 mon-fri. He’s got loads of allergies and intolerant to milk
My baby will be doing two full days from January. I plan to just feed morning and night and he’ll food for the rest of the day. Not sure what I’d do if he was starting now though. I guess I’d have no choice but to just feed morning and night on the two days he’s in nursery. He’s never taken a bottle so I don’t have that option. Have you tried giving milk from a sippy cup or whatever your baby drinks water from? I’m fairly sure you can get dairy free formula so giving formula in a sippy cup could be an option?
