Nappies

How many newborn nappies are people buying and what brand? Are there any bargains out there too?

Aldi, 85p or around that and got great reviews for no leaks or rashes

Everyone keeps telling me the mamia nappies from Aldi are the best they’ve bought, also keen to know if people bulked before baby came with different sizes x

I've stocked up on a few brands, mainly Aldi, then Asda, and pampers. Aldi Nappies seem to be the best reviews wise. I have about 6/7 packs of size one and 3 packs of size two.

I work in a nursery and found over the years that aldi and asda have been the best Nappies, I have bought 2 packs of size 1 Nappies from asda for £2.25 each having 70 Nappies in each one and then I will just buy more when the baby is here but at least I've got some to get us through the first few weeks xx

I've bought Aldi and ocado ones, both a similar price and I'd heard good things!

I've just got pampers for now cos I got a free pack in an Emma's diary bag and then a pack for £2 using the pampers app. Will also get some aldi ones and compare when baby arrives! X

The Emma diary's pack give you a free pack of pampers size one nappies

How do you actually claim Emma’s diary freebies? It all looks like ads

I’ve got pampers. Never had an issue with these for my son. Plus I’ve managed to use the app and get 200 size 1 nappies for £9. X

We tried several with our little girl and settled on pampers because they worked best for her. We’ll start off with pampers this time round and see how we go. I wouldn’t recommend bulk buying any 1 particular brand because what works for one baby, doesn’t always work for another. We just couldn’t get on with Aldi or Asda, not sure why. Best to buy a couple different brands and then find what works best for your little one x

@ally in the app it's under my club then you find them (which isn't easy) at either boots or Argos, once you know they have them download the voucher and collect xx

I've been told to buy enough Newborn sized nappies for about a week as the baby is going to grow out of them pretty quickly. It helps if you know roughly how big the baby will be when it's born. Aldi nappies are actually really really good, but you can earn points with Pampers, not sure how that works just yet!

Pampers app! Download the app and then search google for pampers codes. Get your partner, friends, parents etc to do the same too. You get lots of £6 vouchers for size 1 and 2. Then look for offers, Sainsbury’s were doing the larger 50 nappy pack for £6 recently so I managed to get white a quite free packs plus their free harmony wipes. Also get the Emma’s diary packs which have a free smaller bag of nappies. Overall I’ve now got about 400 of each in size 1 and size 2 and a few packs of size 3! All for either free or a few pounds and whatever I have left unused I will just donate.
