My parents have bought our LG the Amazon one for Christmas. We only really use the iPad when we’re out for dinner or in the car and I didn’t want her to break it, hence we asked Gran & Grandad for this for Christmas. I think it’s like anything else, fine in moderation. I wouldn’t want her to sit and play with it all day or really use it in the house but there’s a time and place and I’m ok with that personally x
My mum is getting LO one of the Amazon ones, she’s interested in the iPad but doesn’t understand it and wouldn’t use one to its full potential. With Amazon kids loads of games and stuff are included so no extra costs which is a bonus. The time limits will be set up so she won’t have it for hours on end. Also if it gets broken Amazon will replace it. I don’t expect it to last more than 2-3 years max before she’ll need an upgrade but it’s fine for now.
