I'm 28 and yes I relate

@Madeleine it’s getting so painful work is hard by time I’ve walked to work my hips are already sore before ive stared my 8 hour shift 🙃😂😂

Me too! I’ll be 29 weeks on Sunday and it’s so painful! Even walking hurts, the worst for me is rolling over in bed 😳

Yes! I’m 29 weeks and In so much pain 😓

That's not good I don't think I'm that bad but I still feel like I can't walk properly and plus we have a dog 🐕

27 weeks here and can relate. Definitely tell your GP, I got referred to a physio, took a few weeks but had it yesterday and been recommended a band and exercises but was just more reassuring getting the confirmation that my hips are physically fine it’s just baby brain going into overdrive and trying to protect bump by interpreting everything and anything as pain x

What does PGP feel like? 🤔

@Lydia my midwife said next time I see her(3 weeks time) if it’s gotten worse which I feel it is especially with certain jobs at work that she’d refer me to physio. I had 10 days off on holiday at work and I’m 2 days back and feel like I’ve gotten a proper waddle and end of my shift I’m in agony! Then the comments come oh you’re only 26 weeks what will you be like at 36 😭😭😭

@Gemma oh bless you :( I’m taking my mat leave early for that reason. Not sure if this link will work but here’s the leaflet I was sent https://accurx.nhs.uk/api/patient/conversation/p-8daqt2zj8b/document/qquzpvy3nd?shouldSaveFile=true

@Amy it’s just a generalised term for any hip pain. Mine is on my sides now but started on my pubic bone and I have a friend who it’s her coccyx giving her issues

@Lydia I’m Gona do my absolute best to get to my maternity date goal I’ve just done all my paperwork and trying to get to 1st January! I’m not due till 21st! But just have to see how I get on! May need to ask for lighter work again!

I’m 26 weeks and in pain most days. Mornings seem to be the worst when I’ve been In bed all night, or if I walk around too much, stairs are painful. I have physio Friday but from past experience there isn’t a great deal they can do other than exercises and suggesting a support band. As soon as I had the baby the pain was gone. But does feel like forever away 😬

@Lydia my pain is on my pubic bone and down my inner leg 😭

I had it quite bad for about a month but now it’s completely eased off by itself? Midwife can refer you for physio x

I find this is painful to do but does help… https://youtu.be/5T-USdz6YlA x

Does anyone else feel it in the bottom area when walking?! Generally it’s been in the pubic area especially when turning over in bed and putting weight on one leg but today I can really feel it in my behind!
