Bland carbs! Potatoes were my friend. Also Gatorade and protein shakes kept me from losing too much weight. And there’s always the unisom and b6 combo you could take:)
Potatoes and fruits all the day long! I tried ginger candies too, although did not help much.
My nausea was pretty mild with my daughter, but I had to make sure to keep myself fed and never get hungry. Good luck!
