Insomnia anyone?
It takes me an hour or 2 to sleep lately and if I wake up by accident.. I really struggle to go back to sleep! Like tonight I woke up at 2am and still awake now. So gone downstairs for a cuppa and watching mafs uk lol

@Kim ohhh bless you!!! Mines literally just tossing and turning for hours!!! I haven't slept since 2am lol and I'm so tireeddddd. Hopefully I'll crash tonight!

I've been needing to pee more frequently through the night and I find when I wake up I struggle to get back to sleep and when I do I wake up an hour later needing to pee again 🤦♀️😭 x
