Late period ?

Hi all- Random question for a situation I have never dealt with. My periods are regular- regular being 32-35 days. I have not been diagnosed with pcos or anything but I have hirusitism all my life (sensitive to testosterone.) my husband and I have been ttc for 4 years but he is the one with the issue to get pregnant not me. Anyways I’m at CD 44 now and have never been this late. I did have pink spotting one time yesterday and nothing since. I been cramping on and off for two weeks. Typically I cramp on and off for a few days before my period starts- but it has been 2 weeks now. I’m curious if anyone has dealt with on/off cramps for a couple weeks- pink spotting and still no period? I did take a pregnancy test late last week and it was negative.
