Hey all, does colostrum harvesting get easier and flow better the more you do it? Just started tonight and got barely anything

It did for me, was barely getting a drop to start now when I squeeze it shoots out across the room!
Getting easier for me. I'm better in the morning definitely and after heat. Hot water bottle against the breast for a bit. I also find that I have to try for ages. I saw loads of things "10 minutes a day". Rubbish. Takes me 2hrs to get anything..in fact if I haven't got that long to do it I don't even bother sitting down to try.
