Working Out

For those who are into fitness, how are you balancing working full-time, daily house duties, etc. and a regular workout routine?

Honestly it is a challenge. We just have to set times to make it happen I use my run to dropoff the tiny while my partner does the other drop off and then we both get a chance to fit in strength training by utilizing the peloton app and short workouts. We also use family time on the weekends to move our bodies adding in hikes, dance parties, bike rides and walks. It is a constant game of Tetris and honestly sometimes when my partner travels I let the iPad play for 20 mins so I can get something in! In top of my full time job I teach twice a week so I plan for an extra 30 mins before class to workout as well!

@Katie (she/her) I appreciate you sharing how you balance this. I do some similar things but struggle to be consistent because I'm so tired. It's seems easier for my husband than myself but I'm trying to figure it out.
