2 hours, I usually unlatch him after that for a bio break etc
4 hours. Day 2 at the hospital and it was continuous. I didn’t leave the hospital chair-bed. Only reason I stopped was because I got embarrassed that every time the nurse walked in I was naked lol
I’ve been here 3 hours and I have really low supply. So I wonder if she’s just sucking for comfort or for food. I could see milk inside the nipple shield in using but not always. She’s 5-6 weeks
@Jovana ok, and how old is he?
I needed to read this 🙏🏼. I’m day 5 pp and I have a little boobie monster. He’s on for hours at a time.. today was the first day I’ve seen shorter feeding times. I always worry I don’t have enough milk, but he’s meeting the dirty nappies and seems hydrated
@Nathalie he is 11 days old today
They are creating your supply. Mine was constantly wanting to be on the boob. Now he is 4.5 months he has a good 30/40 min constant feed and he’s done for a few hours. They will learn to drink more as your supply builds. I was also using shields, creams etc first 2 months constantly, now literally no need of it! Hang in there mamas it does get better after a bit.
Who knows lol, when I was cosleeping I’d regularly fall asleep and wake up with a baby on my boob. Im sure there were breaks in between but I wasn’t there for them!Probably the most overstimulating thing I’ve ever experienced lmao
5h when she was 2 days old 😩
@Nora thank you!
3 and half hours yesterday 👀 he just didn’t want to get off my boobs!! I feel like I stopped having milk and he just wanted to keep going :(
