Cleaning babies neck

How can I clean my babies neck without her getting so irritated? She moves around too much and I try to clean the rolls as often as possible but she’s always moving her head when I try to do it because she hates me getting in there. Pls help I don’t want her to have stinky neck 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ (I’ve tried doing it while she’s sleeping but it wakes her up)

I do it once a week in the bath

Unfortunately, baby might just get a little upset. I usually do while changing with a wipe. Then a really good wash during bath.

My baby also gets stinky gunk in her rolls, I never had it with my first and she has a lot of hair so it gathers in there 😭 I wash her every other day and use boots ultra soft ramer sponge and press it into her neck with little coco wash, or wait til she’s crying and take the opportunity, one minute of crying is totally worth her being clean and smelling fresh! I also soak her for a minute and use Vaseline to stop any bacteria after I’ve dried her! She gets it under her armpit too and it rubs on her vests… cotton and warm water is also recommended but it just came back to quick for me she needs a bath 🛁
