Postpartum weight loss

I am almost 4 months post partum and breastfeeding. I need and want to loose weight but I can’t seem to stop snacking. Breastfeeding makes me so hungry 😫 what can I do?

If you make a lot of milk, then I wouldn't worry about losing weight yet. I lost weight and didn't have time to eat much and struggled with my milk supply. You're doing great.

Girl I’m going through the same thing 😭 I’ve never been so hungry in my life and I’m so self conscious now

What are you “snacking on?” Makes a big difference. Choose fruits, nuts, crackers and dip, muesli and yoghurt, soups, bone broth/miso soup w every meal. I was more thirsty than hungry when BF I drank about 3L a day but what I did snack on I made sure it was actually fuelling my body w vitamins and nutrients and not just empty calories like donuts and chocolate bars etc.
