Baby on formula first time after having breastmilk and struggling

It maybe due to changing over. We didn't breastfeed but did use kendamil organic and one problem we never had was constipation (maybe more the opposite) how long has she been on it? X

3rd day today where no breast milk is given. I started on the pre made kendamil formula and was giving one bottle of breast milk 5 days ago and his poo was fine. Its day 3 of only powdered Kendamil organic. What does formula fed babies poo look like? Isit solid?

Kendamil organic can make babies a bit constipated at first while they adjust but they will get used to it. Formula gets digested a little differently to breastmilk too so he’s probably just getting used to it. We had something similar but now he loves his Kendamil x

Thats good to know. Also how much should they be drinking at every feed? Hes 10 weeks and hes drinking less formula than he did with breastmilk. Currently drinks 90ml average every 3-4hours. We have also changed bottles to dr brown size 1 teat from mam bottles teat 0
