confused!!
so my baby just turned 1 and i got the okay from doc to give him whole milk and such. BUT although i do want to ween him off the boob, i’m confused on how much milk i can give him in a day both whole milk and my own supply! maybe im wayyyy overthinking it (FTM 😂) i just don’t want to hurt him in anyway, and confused lmfao! like if i give him whole milk one hour can i give my milk the next ? i dunno if im explaining it correctly LOL

Oh absolutely not! Just monitor for any reactions and go slow in the beginning to see any poop changes

My 21mo still nurses on demand and eats 3 meals a day (and usually 1-2 snacks too) Most days, he nurses first thing in the morning, through a contact nap, and at bedtime. He's night weaned when we're at home. Some days, he nurses almost all day long. Giving both breast and cow's milk will not hurt him

I was so panicked at this stage too! I just did a very slow transition to see how tolerating would go. So she got 6oz boob and 1oz cow. After a few days of tolerating that we did 4/2 and so on until she got to 7oz full cow!I also still BF mornings and naps
