I was thinking this. At the minute (21 weeks) I just make sure I'm keeping an eye morning, lunch and bed and then will check what my midwife recommends xx
I think they say it's 27 weeks you should see a pattern so I don't think I'm going to count etc until around then
From what my midwife has said I think trying to actually count kicks is not very helpful but more about the pattern and recognising what's normal. Though I'm currently 23 weeks and there's definitely no pattern yet I just take notes of if I've been feeling her.
Usually patterns start to form from 28 weeks but if you have been used to feeling them and notice you haven’t for more than normal just got the hospital.
My are quite frequent when I sit down after dinner which is about 6pm and they’re kicking for about 30 mins on and off xx
