I'm 14 weeks and I phoned a midwife and they said I potentially have this, if you don't mind me asking would you be able to describe the symptoms you experiencing? I don't have midwife appointment till next week so any information would be amazing as it's making me anxious.

@Sarah intense side pain/lower back, gets worse at night, very uncomfortable to lie down due to the pain, my walking is now affected

Hot water bottle and gentle walks. The walks will hurt to start with but just do a little bit. I walked 20 minutes a few days ago I wasn’t in pain until I got back 🙈.. this is my third time but a hot water bottle is definitely my best friend. And a good comfy pregnancy pillow trying to hold off on mine as my 9 month old still like to get in bed for cuddles x

Also doctors can give you codeine to help when it becomes unbearable.

If it's really bad get dressed sitting down to relieve the pressure. Also look into physio in your area as some have pregnancy specific availability on NHS.
