Honestly I’m in the same boat. I’m 37+ 3 and this back pain is horrendous. Cramping a lot at night time. Currently sat in a hot bath and that’s not even helping with the pain. Struggling to even walk at this point 😂😂xx
@Caitlin right at the beginning id say contractions start off around every 15-20 mins and then slowly get closer xx
@Ellie-May honestly I'm so confused with it😂 I would maybe call triage if you're struggling to walk?xx
@Caitlin Honestly it’s awful lol. I called them earlier today and they said it’s the beginning of labour!! I’m not due till 3rd November but I highly doubt il make it to then 😂😂xx

Can be normal at this stage, keep an eye on it see if anything becomes regular! Might turn into contractions xx
