Heartburn
Did anyone get really bad heartburn before going in to labour? I've had it in and off during my pregnancy but the last 2 days its been horrific and gaviscon isn't touching it. I've googled it and I've seen it can be a sign labour's approaching. I'm getting bad cramps alot and they're ramping up too but no loss of plug or waters trickling etc.

I had this flare up a few days ago (39w today) after not having had it at all this pregnancy but sadly nothing has progressed think it’s just maybe where baby has had a growth spurt and is pushing on more organs again. It has since passed and it does feel like baby is further down

Same! I had heartburn earlier which has come back in the last 4-5 days but who knows 😂
