Over the counter meds
I hurt my back and I'm trying to take over the counter meds. I'm also pumping so I'm worried if I am consistent with over the counter meds it will affect my breast milk?

My midwife team told me that ibuprofen is safe while breastfeeding.
I'm sure you could call the Pediatrician and ask. Thats what I'd do.
You could try lidocaine cream or patches! Nothing is consumed
Ibuprofen is definitely safe while breastfeeding. My OB told me
You cannot put patches on while breastfeeding or pumping it’s not recommended
