I was recommended this app squeeze by my midwife at the beginning of the pregnancy which I have been doing regularly since then. Do they help with recovery? Does anyone has any experience with doing these exercises and help them with the recovery of their private parts.🫢

Yes. Pelvic floor exercises are the best thing you can do. Well done for doing them regularly - it will pay off. Try them in different positions too and increase your programme as you get better at holding them, until you can hold for 10 seconds at a time. 😊
