I cant speak for BF babies but my LB was bottle fed from day 1 and did 3/4 hour stretches from birth and slept 6+hrs from around 8 weeks old. He still now sleeps 11-12 hours at night. But i also see and know of bottle fed babies who dont sleep well too x

The evidence says no, not really. And giving breast fed babies formula doesn’t result in better sleep either. Lots of factors influence sleep, the biggest of all being baby’s temperament.

My Lo is bottle fed and has slept through since 4 months

Short answer.. no not really. Sleep is so transient and changes so much with development. It really does depend massively on temperament. Bf both my babies. My first didn’t sleep through until she was 18 months old and woke 2hrly, second baby slept through from 8 weeks. So different.

I’ve personally noticed a difference between the two - combi fed up to 6 months (predominantly expressed milk) and when we transitioned to formula, sleep definitely improved but it’s hard to say if that was just an age thing or not.

I don't think it makes any difference otherwise we'd all be advised to bottle fed by the sleep experts, looking for the holy grail for better sleep. My bf lo slept through from about 8 weeks but has suddenly changed in the last month to waking through the night, for no obvious reason. My friend's little boy was bottle fed and slept badly at night. I think it really is temperament and whether they're going through a development phase.
