Going Out

How do you mummy’s time going out with your little ones? I always want to go out and about for a walk but I just feel so overwhelmed with leaving alone. Do you guys feel more comfortable leaving when they are awake or whilst napping? I don’t know why but I always feel so anxious.

I felt like this for a while but now we do a feed and then go out so she is still awake but will fall asleep whilst out on a walk x

Yeah I seem to time it after a feed or when he’s due a nap x

I normally go out after she’s woken up from a nap, I feed her and change her bum so I know I have at least an hour before she’s in need of anything, but she’s very chilled and content to be in the pram awake. If she’s fighting a nap then I go out for a walk in the carrier and she falls asleep within a couple of minutes.

I felt this way but suggest you start small. Make sure you have everything packed then after a feed take a short stroll round your local neighbourhood or park, build it up from there. Don't worry if they start crying just try to soothe them and turn back if you're getting stressed. X

Personally I try to go out in morning when I am more awake (I have always been a early bird) I try to get both ready and out house by 9/10 ish I find I struggle if in all day and make not get out. I feel more I did it, I got more confidence.
