How to relieve baby's constipation

I need advice! My little lady (6months) is constipated, she has started weaning 1 meal a day for 5 days now, also been gradually changing from expressed booby milk to formula, the last 2 days she's been pooping pebbles of clay like poop, she refuses to drink any water during her meal time and is still having her usual amount of milk feeds, anyone have any tips or tricks to help this girl out? TIA 😊

Try prune puree or apple and pear is supposed to help too, you could also try some exercises, I laid my baby down on the floor and exercised for 10 minutes doing bicycle legs and stuff and massaging her feet and within a few hours she was good

Water if they are 6 months little sips can help but prune puree saves the day I give if it's been more than 4 days and he always then goes later that day

I gave her pear puree for lunch today so hoping that does something, I'm wondering if both digesting food and changing to formula might be the cause, maybe too much change? I don't know.. this is my 3rd baby after 10 years since number 2 and it's like I've never done this before!

We’ve been having the same issue. I’ve given my girl prune puree, pear and orange. That seems to have helped but she’s still a bit constipated. Hoping her body will get used to the food soon
