Cervical length scan

My friend has had this done twice I think, she’s currently 36 weeks! Everything was okay with hers

I was having them with my previous pregnancy, I had 4, every other week from (I think) 18 weeks as I’d had previous premature labour, they were absolutely fine and just another chance to see baby!xx

I had one last week. Got 2 more to go, they don't mess with your cervix they just put a probe in so far and it's just an ultrasound. They checked babies gender from it too! Was fine, no pain or discomfort. Just led on bed and inserted it for less than 3 min tops. They also did a tummy ultrasound too x

I’m having these. They’re fine, not too invasive at all and very reassuring

I was due a smear in feb as need annual checks due to abnormal cells but I was pregnant and then lost the baby in May. I tried to book another but they said I have to wait 3 months for cells to grow, but then I got pregnant again in June and they will not see me until 3 months after labour ☺️
