A very tired and stressed out mom

Just about every night my second oldest son wakes up crying bloody murder!! And at first it was small things like he’s thirsty or he has to pee or he’s hungry. Mind you this has been going on for months now at first just a few times a night but now…. He wakes up every 20 minutes crying that his leg hurts or his arm hurts or his back hurts or his ear hurts 🙄 I know I’m his mom it’s my job to tend to the booboos but I have to wake up early for work as it is and to have to be up all night dealing with the bs I’m beyond frustrated. Now I know if he’s really in pain take him to the doctor bla bla bla but I don’t believe this “pain” is real. When my son doesn’t feel good or something is hurting him he won’t be playful or want to eat or drink anything he just sleeps but when he’s been playing and running around all day and wakes up every 20 minutes it genuinely upsets me because I have to be up early and now I’m not getting the proper amount of sleep needed for me to be able to go any my day and no one get beat up in the process. My question is.. how should I approach this situation are there any other remedies I can try for him

Sometimes my boys do this when they are trying to avoid sleeping in their bedroom. I eventually find out that they’re scared of something. Could there be something on his mind that has him spooked when he’s in his room alone. I have 2 sons that randomly get scared of their closet and a 3rd son that is terrified of bugs and thinks he will see one (even though he’s never seen a bug in his room 😂). We bought a cool new nightlight that has helped though and sometimes we hang a sheet on the bunk bed so my twins can’t see their closet while laying down. ☺️🤦🏾‍♀️ And right when they lay down we give reminders not to get out of bed. Then we celebrate in the morning when they actually do stay in bed and don’t scream for mommy. Sorry I don’t have a more of a solution but I hope you get some rest soon! 💓

Getting them to sleep in their room has never been an issue even when he was laying in my bed he was crying every 20 minutes about something hurting
