I’m 3 months PP and my right wrist is like cooked spaghetti and my knees are crunchy. I honestly think it’s something to do with the amount of nutrients we loose :(
I'm 6m pp and feel this it could be to do with bending constantly for bubba and awkward positioning
i am 4.5m pp and my back still hurts if im standing for longer period or holding, picking up, putting down my baby! On some days even my fingers hurt! i wake up with like stiff fingers, wrists, arms and what not! It feels weird to even complain about it to hubby💁🏻♀️😛 As for the solution- i feel i am going to up my nutrition, keep moving more 💪🏻and in general stay mindful 🧘🏻♀️
Yes! It happened after my first c-section, and I just had a repeat c-section 20 days ago and I’m experiencing it this time too. My knees ache, my back aches, my neck, wrists, all of it. It’s so hard.
Pregnancy knackers our bodies. Aside from the nutrients being taken and the fact Womens bones suffer more than men in later life as a result… we carry our weight at a strange angle for 9 months, we stoop over and hunch carrying and feeding babies. I creaked and clicked after baby 1 and this pregnancy I’ve decided to see a chiropractor afterwards as my posture now is crap!
I’m so glad that is not just me. My back constantly hurts. My wrist will just randomly give out if I’m trying to hold myself up on them. My hips pop all the time my knees pop my elbow, decide to just lock up a randomly.
I feel some of this (bone pain, joint pain) and I’m 6mo pp.
