I was pretty active before pregnancy so I’ve been doing an at home workout program specifically designed for pregnant women and the instructor was pregnant while she filmed it! Usually 20-30 min workouts a few times a week and lots of walking! It’s so important to listen to your body!
Nope, I'm usually pretty active, orange theory, yoga,hiking... suddenly I had no motivation, then found out I was pregnant. I tried to get back to yoga, but I'm just not feeling any of it. Few more weeks and baby will be here and I'll get back into a routine.
Birth ball exercises, stretching, and walks are more than enough to prepare your body! If anything look up pelvic floor exercises/hip mobility stuff like that. Also “hugging the baby” is really beneficial as well for your core and tightening your tummy after birth. Breathing exercises and meditation as well!
@Mckenna thanks yes I’m going to squeeze in some time after work to use my eliptical and the birth ball .
I can’t work out the same way that I have previously. It is dofficult to do much, but movement definitely helps
