YES. I just got back from my appt talking about just this. I have previously been diagnosed with PCOS & my OB is going to refer me to a pelvic floor therapist bc she says it's probably way out & needs to be worked back into place.
Yes. Cramping, ovulation, everything that has to do with periods have worsened postpartum. It’s like I only have two weeks of every month when I’m not in pain? Which is half of every month. It’s awful 😣 Hoping it gets better over time.
@Katrina exactly same 😥 How do you do pain management? What has helped you
I usually take ibuprofen but honestly it doesn’t eliminate the pain entirely. Sometimes it helps, other times it doesn’t, and I can’t figure out why. I’m a SAHM right now so luckily I can just curl up and lie down when needed. But usually I just push through the pain tbh. Not great I know, but it goes away eventually. I know if i I go to a doctor, it’ll be a waste of my time.
I don’t have terrible pain during ovulation but I definitely can tell when it’s happening which I’ve never felt before. Way More discomfort than before I was pregnant.
Yes but why tho
But at the same time I’m like ok when I wanna get pregnant I’ll know when to shoot my shot 😂
Yes! Before pregnancy I never felt ovulation pain or even period cramps. However postpartum, ovulation pain feels like the contractions I had giving birth. They only last 1 maybe 2 hrs then I'm good.
