Baby’s movement

Update: went into the maternity ward where they checked for baby, had a major heart attack when the midwife looked over and said “ we aren’t seeing anything”, big doctor came in and after 30mins of looking they found her and the heart beat as mine was going extremely fast. Little one was folded up and tucked all the way back behind my placenta. But everything is well and she has been kicking again starting at 7ish tonight. Thank you for all the help Hey just needing some advice, I am 22 years old this is my second pregnancy I am 25 weeks. I have been feeling my baby move and kick since about 18 weeks. She usually is very active throughout the day It literally feels like she doesn’t stop kicking. But yesterday I don’t remember feeling her at all and I got maybe 2 kicks at 2 this morning. I just asking for some advice as to what I should do. Should I be worried and head to the hospital, I just don’t want to waste someone time.

Try lying down turn on some music and see does she move I think it’s 8 kicks from 1-2 hours u need to feel

You’re never wasting anyone’s time, when in doubt just go and get reassurance.

If you feel like your worried then definitely best to go to the hospital so it can take some relief off u, normally around 28 weeks they have a pattern but you are quite close so definitely go in if u can’t stop worrying definitely best option

Eat some fruit like watermelon and drink some cold water and open some music … lets see if she moves. If not, I’d defo go to the ER

You can give the Maternal and Child hotline a ring to speak to a nurse who can advise https://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/health/serviceprofiles/maternal-and-child-health-line

My midwife told me this: they would much rather be seeing us at the hospital telling us there’s nothing to worry about than having the opposite conversation because we didn’t come in to get checked.
