Aspirin is a bit different from vitamins though isn't it 😂

@Annie yeah but I have issue with swallowing tablets I have to take 2 aspirins a day and 3 different tablets besides from my prenatals

Completely up to you… but vitamins do still carry benefits for pregnancy. In particular Vitamin D especially also being winter and Omega is shown to be very beneficial too. Then a general pregnancy vitamin also boosts iron needs and magnesium etc. all which can help the body in pregnancy.

Are you not meant to dissolve aspirin in water? But yeah not sure what you wanted from this post to be honest!. I see you have now re worder it. Some people don't take any prenatal and are fine. Some people take them all pregnancy. As long as you have very good diet and baby gets everything through food you might be ok. Also if you don't have dissolvable aspirin you could always ask to get it switched over to one you dissolvable! Less tablets for you to swollow

Some vitamins come in gummy type form which could help avoid another tablet to swallow. Again they aren’t a must, though would say Vitamin D would almost be considered a must as very good research on it and pregnancy and the fact it’s winter. But am sure there are alternative way to take if that helps.

You can get both dissolvable aspirin and tablets so maybe get the dissolvable aspirin for water and then save taking pills for vitamins so you’re reducing number of pills you take but still getting all the benefits

Pregnacare vitamins comes in liquid form and I take that as my gag reflex has got so bad during pregnancy!!

I have some vitamin D gummies and take very small iron tablets as I hate swallowing tablets x

I still take folic & vitamin D but I know pregnacare do a liquid one which might be easier :) x
