Any single mum to be’s?

I had a “surprise” pregnancy with my partner of 6 months. I’m now 16 weeks pregnant and I can honestly say that we argue most days and I’m in tears most days. He’s already made comments which makes me think that he doesn’t see us as a team and is likely to try and get the child to take sides. Is this normal in pregnancy? Or do I face up to it and get out? I don’t have nearby family and my mum is sadly no longer with us. Anyone else had experience of this or going through something similar? x

Show your support

My opinion be strong and go out of this, as after you give birth is harder, hormones kick in and if you dont have the right partner to support you will be very bad. I was in the same situation as you preatty much, just i got pregnant from first time knowing the guy just one month. I was at the risk to be single mum too as he didnt want the kid at the beginning. Luckily he accepted to try to create a family and after we had very good relationship while i was pregnant. But after i gave birth and hormons kicked in was bad, i was crying from nothing always irritated, and if you dont have good relationship before that, he will give up believe me. Feel free to text me if you want. Dont feel alone.

Thank you so much. I think you are right. I’ve heard how hard it is after birth with the hormonal drop x

But make sure you are telling him how you feel, dont be afraid, if he really values you and wants to be with you he will hear you trust me. 🤗🤗🤗
