We recently changed to this one and it's brilliant. Can open completely like a suitcase so we can access/find everything really easy, our changing mat with nappies/wipes slots along one side so to get just that out we can just zip the side down, her toys live in the mesh compartment so we just zip the top open and then the mesh open to get that. Handles top and side to carry plus shoulder straps to carry as a backpack (but also tuck into the back if you don't want to use it as a backpack.)
