Which pram to take when flying?

I'm flying with Ryanair on Sunday and I would like to take our Mama's and Papa's ocarro pram as it's the one we used everyday? Is it too heavy for the hold? I do have a stroller, but it's second hand and I need to clean it. Do the airlines have a weight limit for prams? TIA

There is no weight limit, just would suggest you get a pram bag for it as they dont tend to be very careful with them, have heard of peoples good pram being soaked when they got it back, we took a buggy in a pram bag and it was fine though

I got a cheapy one from John Lewis, think it was like £80. O wouldn’t take my icandy as they would destroy it. They’ve wreaked my cheap on already and only flown 3 times with it, 6 if you include the return flight

We got the babyzen yoyo stroller and take it on to the plane with us as it fits in the cabin as hand luggage x

I bought a second hand cosatto to take on the plane. It was much lighter than my occaro and because it was second hand I didn’t mind if it was damaged too much.

I took my ocarro last week and it was fine. I kept the pram right up until the plane too x

@Sophie who did you fly with?? X
