Following as I'm in the same predicament! I was going to just buy some nice soft Egyptian cotton ones for my little boy
I use character beach towels, they are large enough to wrap them up fully but also not too thick or harsh on their skin, similar to the hooded towels. Can get them from most shops but cheapest I found is George Asda
I use a soft plushy bathrobe I bought for myself. It’s super big for him to cover him entirely and it’s soft and soaks well.
Ikea do children’s bath towels with a hood in different characters. They are huge for baby but I can wrap him up really well in them.
Poncho towel!!
I just use our regular towels😅
@Katie same!
I’ve got a few of these. The 100x100 they’re a great size and wash well. https://www.laredoute.co.uk/ppdp/prod-350298873.aspx?dim1=1#shoppingtool=smartrecossearchpage_searchpage
@Katie same. Just normal towels 😁
I use a bath sheet to fully wrap him up. I dry them in the tumble dryer with a dryer sheet as I’ve found line drying them makes them go like cardboard
I have a NEXT hooded towel. It’s big and I think it goes up to 5 years if I am not wrong My son is 10 months and there's plenty of towel to cover him. It is sooo soft high quality x
5 years and 3 years... We still use hooded baby towels
I buy the cheap smaller $2 ones from Ikea, the ones I wrap my hair with
@Kate that’s what I worry about as I don’t have a dryer but his hooded towels don’t dry too bad x

@Boo👻nie which ones do you use? He’s not even a big baby but they just don’t wrap around him anymore x
I just use regular towels
Why do they need different towels to what you usually use
Boots have toddler hooded towels which I use so it wraps round him x
Any towel. I don’t think they need to be special.
