Washing fruit and veggies

No hate please, how do y'all wash your fruits and veggies? My mom always just rinsed in cold water. I'm afraid that's not enough, but I don't know what the best way is. Please help

Soak in water and vinegar, then place on paper towels to dry

I 2nd what @Ayleen says as an option! I personally use fruit/veggie wash I buy from Trader Joe’s. It helps to remove the waxes that keep the produce fresh!

I wash them in hot water and scrub

We buy the Trader Joe’s fruit and veggies wash!

I've heard of the veggie wash, my mil bought it 1 time and then didn't bother again. I just rinse mine off, honestly. I come from hill people that would just rub it on their shirt or jeans real quick and then eat it, like that actually cleaned it in any way🤷‍♀️

I rinse them with some acv as I clean them. ✅

Tiny bit of salt, baking soda

Acv also reeeeally good

I use my water ionizer it has different ph levels and i use a certain one specifically for washing fruits ans veggies.

Depends on the type. If it has thicker skin like an apple, I wash with soap. If it’s fragile like raspberries, I submerge them in a bowl of vinegar and water

I also just rinse with water lol 🤷🏼‍♀️ that's mainly things like berries lol apples I don't even bother, give it a quick shirt wipe and good to go

I rinse and use "Harvest Pure" from Melaleuca, is toxic free ❤️ 100% recommended

If anyone is interested in knowing "Melaleuca", I can help you. They are products free of toxic chemicals.

Soak in water & vinegar some day bicarb aswell or I use my Kangen water

I use hot water & soap with my scrub daddy!
